Foundations of my Work

My work integrates a number of psychological and traditional spiritual modalities, but always starts with who you are, and what it is that you need on your path.  Our conversation will begin with an assessment of your needs, and together we will craft a plan for your journey towards self-actualisation and authentic living.  I weave the various modalities mentioned below, into a holistic approach that address the core needs of clients in an integrated way.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a goal-oriented, forward-looking process that supports individuals in achieving personal or professional growth. Life coaching focuses on helping clients gain clarity, build confidence, and make meaningful changes in areas such as relationships, health, or personal fulfilment. Executive coaching, on the other hand, is tailored for leaders and professionals, aiming to enhance leadership skills, improve performance, and navigate workplace challenges. Unlike therapy, coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health issues but instead empowers clients to tap into their strengths and take purposeful action toward their goals. Tapping into over two decades of business and leadership experience, let me work with you to build your leadership and life capabilities to the next level of self-actualisation.

What is Psychoshamanic Counselling?

Tapping into my knowledge and personal experiences of deep initiation, sacred traditions, transpersonal psychology, eco-psychology, energy healing and shamanic practices from various regions across the world, my counselling approach weaves the sacred stories, the cycles of life, death and rebirth, the earth magic of the medicine wheel, and shamanic journey work to help clients to become their most authentic self and overcome the obstacles and traumas that lead to soul loss and fragmentation.

What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a treatment method that involves talking with a trained mental health professional to address emotional, psychological, or behavioural issues. It helps individuals understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, develop coping strategies, and make positive changes in their lives. Psychotherapy can be used to treat a wide range of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship problems. I work from various modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), neurolinguistic programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, psychodynamic therapy and existential approaches, to assist clients to overcome the obstacles that impact their lives negatively and integrate their life experiences in a healthy and constructive manner.
